Universal Outsourcing is a Business Process Outsourcing company, recently established in 2023. We are providing outsourcing solutions to Mortgage Brokers in Australia in delivering a positive end-to-end lending experience to the clients.
We are seeking a Client Service Specialist/ Loan Processing Administrator who is dedicated to working hard and growing alongside our rapidly expanding company. At our organisation, we prioritise employee growth and provide exceptional opportunities for career advancement.
Your Role
As a Client Service Specialist /Loan Processing Administrator, you will play an active role in all end-to-end processes that are required for the smooth processing of loan applications from submission to settlement (getting loan approved). Your responsibilities include:
Data entry of loan application information into lender platforms
Assisting our clients with processing & tracking home loans from pre-submission to settlement
Liaising with our clients to request supporting documentation and update them on the progress of their application
Forming relationships and communicating with clients, lenders, referrers, and other business agents
Working with finance brokers to ensure compliance processes are followed and maintained
Keeping active notes and managing applications
Customer Relation Management (CRM) platform
Providing exceptional customer service
Stay up to date with the latest AI trends and incorporate them in day-to-day processes.
Education Level: Must have completed Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
Experience Required: Experience in Australian Mortgage Brokerage Industry preferred but not compulsory
