We are on the lookout for a versatile and dynamic individual to fill the position of Administration / Marketing Assistant. This role offers the unique opportunity to support our Operations Manager while also taking the helm of managing social media accounts for our esteemed clients, primarily mortgage brokers located across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Act as the backbone for our operations team, assisting the Operations Manager in daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of our services.

• Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and monitor social media strategies for our clients, ensuring their brands are engaging and resonate well with their target audience. This involves content creation, scheduling posts, and analysing engagement metrics.

• Client Coordination: Serve as a pivotal point of contact for clients, understanding their marketing needs, and providing tailored support to enhance their online presence.

Who You Are:

• You have a knack for organization and an eye for detail, capable of juggling various tasks efficiently.

• You possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable interacting with clients and team members alike.

• You are creative and strategic, with a solid understanding of social media platforms and their use in business marketing.

• Previous experience in an administrative or marketing role is advantageous but not essential.

• Must have completed Bachelor's degree with an internship or volunteer experience. (preferred)

Our office operates from 6 am to 2:30pm in the vibrant location of Maitidevi, Kathmandu. The salary for this position is open for negotiation.
